Recently, as the market has become more global, required specifications for products have been diversified including high quality, low cost, and environment-friendliness. We actively adopt the latest testing equipment for product development to establish R&D systems for unique products based on our accumulated data and experience, develop bonds in collaboration with customers, and promote a fully integrated in-house manufacturing system from testing to mass production.

Integrated production

We have an integrated in-house production system. We thoroughly respond to customer requests with high quality and low cost by organically linking each process ranging from development, manufacturing, to maintenance of tools used for manufacturing as well as selection of materials to finishing processes of products. In addition, we have realized a higher standard production system and competed in the global market by sharing such technologies and know-how with group companies.

Support

We manufacture precision metal molds used for manufacturing one-of-a-kind products in-house to satisfy various needs of customers. We are familiar with properties of glasses, crystals, etc., to be processed and can propose the best bond selection and processing methods. We attentively follow up customers to achieve excellent lens accuracy, suitable tool cutting ability, and tool life, and provide products with short lead-times. This can contribute to cost reduction and improved yields for customers.

Global production and sales

By leveraging our global sales and manufacturing network, we can quickly supply the same products as those supplied in Japan to customers located all around the world.
We have built a global supply chain covering China, ASEAN countries, India, US, and Europe.

Masterful technologies and craftsmanship

Lens processing requires ultra-fine accuracy that cannot be measured even with a vernier caliper and a micrometer. The manufacture of diamond tools to achieve this also requires careful manipulation as fine as one-hundredth to one-thousandth mm and masterful technologies by skilled workers.
More than 70% of our skilled workers have over 10 years of experience in this field. We attentively respond to customer requests with masterful technologies aiming at becoming a one-of-a-kind company.
